I felt that the plumbing was not great. The toilet in the room and the toilet in the lobby both flushed very poorly and needed to be flushed multiple times. Also I would suggest that housekeeping checks the clocks in the rooms because the alarm was set for 6 am and went off multiple times and was difficult to figure out how to turn off. Not ideal.

Amazing brand new, extremely safe hotel. I would stay again, if the need arises. I’d also pick this hotel over any in the area. With that being said, the staff failed to respond to an email request within the Expedia App. They did, however, deliver on my request, so I assume they read the email. Thank you to the hotel. It’s Gilroy. There’s not much around, but smaller restaurants. No chains except Fast Food and Denny’s that is literally the worst (most are good food, reasonably good service, at the very least), but the Gilroy Denny’s needs new management. The hotel wasn’t quite warm enough, so make sure to call ahead and confirm the readiness of the pool if you plan to use it. Definitely a winner in my books.

Not What I Expected from a Hampton Inn
We chose to stay here because we have stayed at many Hampton Inn and Suites before and always had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this particular location fell short. The hotel seems very new and the breakfast had a wide variety to choose from but that’s all I can say that’s positive unfortunately. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I did not sleep at all. The family I was traveling with tossed and turned all night as well. On top of this the AC was really not very functional and probably not much better than a portable fan. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything. The location is ok but right next to the train tracks. I would not stay here if you want to sleep.

The sink didn't work, I called and they told me that they don't have staff to fix it and they didn't care about the heat, it didn't work either. This hotel is a disaster. I will never stay here again, it's terrible.

Great Hotel
Clean and very nice hotel. Service by staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great and the kids loved that they could make their own waffles.

Great stay, inside was wonderful, area is scetchy... with a man saring down my 3 daughters as i entered the hotel with them outside... they take security seriously and hire a security guard through the night which helps for car safety. Dream was a great start at the front desk very personable! Waters at entrance is a great touch.

Elevators were dirty with muddy dog paw marks. Alerted the front desk. They said they will take care of it. Hours later, elevators still dirty. Poor craftsmanships in bathroom. Smell of manure outside of the hotel, which discouraged me and kids from swimming in their outdoor pool. Dirty, stained furniture in the breakfast area.
