This traditional detached house sits on a 2000m² plot. It comprises a separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 5-burner gas hob, microwave), a living room with TV, sofa, and Wi-Fi, and a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (accessible from the living room).

Across the hallway, you will find two ground-floor bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (one of which can be converted into a single bed in the mezzanine), a bathroom with bathtub and sink, a separate WC, and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Outside, you can enjoy the barbecue, garden furniture, ping-pong table, and sun loungers on the wooden terrace surrounding the swimming pool. The swimming pool will be reserved for your use from June to the end of September (dimensions 8x4m, depth 1.20m, salt water, secured by an alarm, access via a ladder, unheated). A charming house in a verdant setting in the Périgord Pourpre region near Bergerac, where you can explore the local farmers' market on Wednesdays or Saturdays. Numerous sightseeing and activities are available nearby: fortified towns and villages (Issigeac, Eymet, Beaumontois en Périgord, Sainte-Alvère, Limeuil, etc.), remarkable castles (Biron, Bridoire, Monbazillac, etc.), barge trips on the Dordogne River, treetop adventure courses, horseback riding, vineyard tours, and of course, a wide selection of hiking and cycling trails.

The house and its grounds are very pleasant, and the swimming pool is certainly the highlight, allowing you to cool off after your days of exploring.
