“The views at the villa are breathtaking and better than the photos. The pool was perfect for our group of two families with kids ages 6-9. The walk to town was short but down a steep hill - other routes to town were available that were not as challenging. We fell in love with Gargnano - the people, the restaurants, the views, the gelato. Novella was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had and the check in process was very easy.”

It’s located just off a main road so would recommend hiring a car as you can’t walk to local amenities. “We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Angela. We were 12 adults and a baby and all comfortably fit, with more than enough space. The garden is stunning, with lake access. The kayaks were an added bonus for morning strolls. The host, Irene, was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The house itself has so much character and charm.
