The weekend coincided with my milestone birthday, and to my complete surprise, the wonderful team at the Loft, made it all the more special with a birthday message, a box of chockies and some sparkling. Such a generous and wonderful gesture. Thank you!”

“Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. The staff was amazing put us into a better room complimentary bottle of wine so it was what it was but having known we wouldn’t have booked”
