“The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa”

“Situated directly on Lake Como, Casa Vittoria is a beautiful, very clean and well maintained 19th century villa with a beautiful garden, lake access and plenty of space inside for us to enjoy. We found the library off the main floor is a good place to gather for a glass of wine. The dining room is great for breakfast and dinner. “We spent a few days in Barni. Elisabetta welcomed us on the first day and showed us around. During our stay she maked sure, we feel safe and asked if everything is fine. The house was clean and spacious, also the garden, which has a pool, a nice BBQ area and lot of toys for the children. The kitchen was well equipped. There was also enough parking space for 3 cars. “This was our first trip to Lake Como and we didn’t know exactly what to expect, but I feel like we won the lottery by choosing this villa. If you can believe it, the villa, the rooms, the views and the lake are all even more beautiful than the pictures. And it’s perfectly located between Brienno and Argegno, which makes it convenient to Como as well as to the public ferries to Bellagio and elsewhere. The property manager, Cristina, was amazing. “Nice villa as advertised. A little difficult to find as we arrived at night. Parking is not at the property, but available down the street. Be prepared to carry items a short distance. Air conditioners worked well. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Nice gazebo outside on property.”

“Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors.
