“Indegno della catena Accor! Camere vecchie e fatiscenti. Doccia che perde, tende staccate, tappezzeria macchiata, riscaldamento mal funzionante, mobilio datato. In somma, mai più in questo hotel”

“Staff was very helpful with arranging a taxi to the Vimy memorial and very accommodating in letting us store our bags after checkout time until our train departure. Room was clean and as advertised. Hotel is an easy walk to all the sites. Would stay here again.”
