Welcome to Bel Air, a charming contemporary house ideal for family or friends stays. Able to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children, it offers all the necessary comfort for successful vacations. The house has two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. You will also find two modern bathrooms, one with shower, toilet and double sink, the other with shower and toilet.



The bright living room equipped with a television invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen and the large dining room with its family table allow sharing delicious meals. Outside, enjoy a terrace fitted with garden furniture, plancha, and a relaxation area. All of this is located in a closed and secure space, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility.



From Bel Air, you can easily discover the riches of the Vendée coast. Just a few minutes away, enjoy the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, ideal for swimming and walks along the ocean. Surfing enthusiasts will appreciate Brétignolles-sur-Mer and its surf spots, while nature lovers can explore the marshes of Brem-sur-Mer and their hiking trails. For families, the Parc des Dunes in Brem-sur-Mer will delight young and old with its slides and outdoor games. For a more local atmosphere, stroll through the port of Saint-Gilles, discover the lively market, or take a boat excursion to the Île d'Yeu.
