“We arrived late at night due to unforeseen circumstances and had a difficult time getting into our room. No one was in the office and it was closed, so we had to knock on the door until someone came. They seemed very annoyed, but told us that our key was already in our room and the room was unlocked. We didn’t love that the room was accessible to anyone before we got there. The place itself was good. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of cookies. No frills place but it got the job done...

“Perfect location right in town so can walk everywhere. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from our room. The room and bathroom was clean & tidy. Reception was friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for peak ski season. Would recommend as a good option”

“The room was fine. As in most places on the South Island during winter, it's hard/impossible to get the room temperature to a comfortable level. That being said, I would probably stay there again.”

“ワナカ湖までは散歩がてら歩いて行ける距離で、スーパーやレストランにも行きやすく、便利な立地でした。 部屋の前にはきれいな小川が流れていて、落ち着いた雰囲気です。斜め前ではアパートの工事をしていましたが、私たちは特に気になりませんでした。 部屋は広く清潔で、洗濯機と乾燥機が備え付けられていたのが、長期旅行中にはとても助かりました。駐車場も部屋の近くに専用スペースが指定されているので安心です。 夜はフロントスタッフがいませんが、遅い到着にも対応できるよう案内が用意されているようでした。チェックアウトは鍵をポストに入れるだけで、とてもスムーズでした。 立地と設備のバランスがよく、快適に過ごせるモーテルでした。”
