“Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and larger than expected. The only downside was guest room doors slam shut very loudly, night and day. When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above.”

“Pepper Tree check-in staff were very pleasant and the desk was staffed even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was extremely clean and had basic amenities with a fairly large fridge. Only one thing was wrong--the sink's water spigot required brute strength to pull out to turn on the water. The location of this motel is very good--quite close to Highway 217. There was plenty of parking too.”
