“We checked in. Walking into the room there is a strong odor. There is no soap, towels, toilet paper and I look at the beds… they are rumpled and there are pillow cases missing. There’s also pee in the toilet.I passed a woman on the way to the desk and she gave me a number for “Ila” to text who is the manager. I texted-no answer. I walked to the desk and wait for about 5-10 minutes and then go into the restaurant where I learned Ila is who checked me in. I explain what happened and asked for her...

“I was coming for a concert and had a family emergency and gave away the tickets canceled the hotel but was still charged FULL PRICE and contacted both hotel and Expedia all for the hotel to decline my refund!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service $237.40 for a room nobody occupied for one night!!!”
