We enjoyed the hotel, it was perfectly located for all that we wanted to do in Glasgow. The room was a good size and everything we required was supplied.comfortable bed and attentive staff.

Hotel location was good, cleanliness was excellent. Only problem I had was the noise, radiator in the room constantly clicked both when on or off, a loud humming noise could be heard constantly from external fans and I was woken early every morning by bottle bins being emptied.

Very poor choice
very outdated, Hygiene standards not in relation to today’s standards…Noisy Heating radiators , meant no sleep for 3 nights or limited sleep…The Shower head was broken, the Cold tap was broken, the soap dispensers broken. The manager told me each morning that the maintenance would take care of this….but nothing happened and no chance to change rooms.Very unhelpful and unhappy.

Top of the line for the year 2000!
The interior was probably last renovated, or had any care appllied, 20 years ago. Exhaust ducts are filled with dust, sealant is decayed, and the whole place just feels a bit shabby. For check in I arrived about an hour early, was told my room was ready, but there'd be an early check in fee... Unless I signed up for their rewards program. Which they spruiked throughout the course of my stay. The hotel is situated in a good location, however, due to poor insulation you'll hear every bus and dubilant drunk throughout the night. There's no A/C so I'd probably skip staying here in summer. It's a roof over your head, as clean as they can probably get it, in a good location. Just don't expect anything too flash.

Good location but room was small and dated and didnt feel clean . Black mould around the bath . For the price of this hotel there are better in Glasgow city center

Very small room
Our twin single room Was tiny. The beds were pushed together. I love my friend but not that much. The bed I was sleeping in had very little space between the wall and bed so when I got up I had to slide along the wall. I have attached a photo for your information. It was quite noisy as well as there was what we thought to be ab air conditioning unit outside which was switching itself on and off throughout the night. I didn’t sleep a wink.

Good stay but could have found better
The staff were really good and were so helpful with any enquiries that you had.The rooms especially the bathroom could be updated and maybe install more walk in showers as my wife and are of the older vintage and found it difficult getting in and out of the in bath shower because of the height of the bathtub.The breakfast was really good and our stay was fine but overall I think for the money we paid for our two nights stay there might be better hotels in Glasgow for that sort of money

Not a 3 star hotel…..
I would not recommend this hotel. It is getting very old and could really use update. The internet did nit work in the rooms you had to be in the hallway to get að signal. The room was not cleaned every day but their answear was ohh they must have forgotten to clean your room. I ordered a room with city view but all i could see out of the tiny window was the wall to the next house. I asked to get another room with some view then i got að smaller room and we could almost not fit our suitcase in it. And alot smaller bed that almost did not fit two persons. There is no aircondition and you cannot open the window it only opens a tiny bit so you cant get any fresh air in.
