“We did not even look inside the room. The staff was not available to cancel the reservation could not be found. “The room was clean and breakfast was well set up. The odd thing was check in. The person seemed confused. One person was at the wrong east Kilbride premiere inn. WE DID THE SAME THING! Beware- there are THREE East Kilbride Premiere Inns! Also, another client was given keys to a room that was already in use. Some name confusion. I just passed my passport to the check in person!
