“Rooms are always clean and the staff friendly.”

“Breakfast was okay and could definitely use some improvement, especially considering the cost (the hot food was lukewarm and not that tasty but it did the job). Coffee was good. Plenty of parking. The room as a whole was spotless and well appointed, but the dining table and chairs have seen better days and could do with being replaced. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware; full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric stovetop were great to have. The living room area...

“Parking and check in were easy. I was in East Windsor for a family event for New Year’s Eve and it was cold out. There is no temperature thermostat. It’s just “on” or off. There is a knob to adjust heat output, but sooner or later it will be either too hot or too cold. You literally have to keep getting up during the night, turning it off, or turning it on: either boiling hot and uncomfortably cold. This is the 21st century. It’s not rocket science to install a thermostat with a feedback...

“the front desk was excellent . the shuttle driver was very gracious my husband arrived 1:30 in the morning after a ski trip drove him to the car so he could put his skis in the car, waited for him and drove him to the front door again Just the extra little service! ”
