"Check in was 3p, I arrived at 330 and the room wasn't ready. Left to explore the area, returned at 7p and the room still wasn't ready. We found trash in the fridge, desk and other counter tops weren't wiped down, the sheets were stained, and there appeared to be dirt on the chair in our room as though ..."

"Hot water dribbled through spigot, musty/moldy odor downstairs, carpet not vacuumed thoroughly in my room, was not told of WiFi password on my card case, room doors very loud when closing, did not see handicapped spots, breakfast buffet subpar, no fresh fruit I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!"
