“The Fork restaurant is very good, no matter what’s on the menu you won’t be disappointed. Staff is always kind with a smile on their face they make you feel at home. The room is cleaned equipped with everything you may need. Location is perfect just a 15min on foot from Galway city centre and no worries with the car park. I strongly recommend this hotel. From my experiences everything was perfect, my third time in there and for sure not the last one I’ll be back when I Galway.”

“The automatic check in machine wasn't working so it didn't print out room cards . I couldn't get into my room . When I phoned the help line I was told that someone would be there in 15 mins . 45 mins later someone did arrive . The problem was sorted but again later that night I couldn't get into my room 🙃. I had to check in again to get another room card. The help line was not answered when I called .
However the room itself was nice , clean and comfortable. The location in town...

“The bar and restaurant staff were friendly, but were very confused by their new POS system. Most unfortunately, there was an issue with a lack of running water and the staff were unreachable to address the issue and did not respond to calls for help.
Additionally, while room was clean, the mattress and pillows were very hard and not comfortable.”
