Spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, this home offers exceptional amenities, an unbeatable location, and some of the most breathtaking views in all of Lake Tahoe. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 3,500 sq ft, Lake View Glen is the perfect getaway for families and groups seeking a memorable Tahoe experience.

Lake View Glen showcases panoramic 180° lake views from all three levels, ideal for enjoying sunrise coffees, sunset colors, and peaceful lake scenery throughout the day. On the upper level, the open-concept living space includes a cozy living room, wet bar, well-equipped kitchen, private dining room, and study, all framed by expansive picture windows that highlight the stunning surroundings.

The mid-level hosts all bedrooms, including a welcoming master suite, along with two additional bathrooms.

The lower level serves as the home's entertainment hub, featuring a spacious game room with a beautiful pool table, card table, 70" flat-screen TV, large sauna, and more.

Step outside to enjoy the BBQ area, perfect for family meals with incredible lake views.

Please Note:
The home sits on a steep street. During winter months, 4-wheel drive and/or tire chains are strongly recommended.

28-Day Minimum Stay Required
Max Occupancy: 10 guests
Parking: Maximum of 6 vehicles. Parking placards must always be displayed, and vehicles must be parked only in designated areas. Failure to comply may result in a citation and a $500 fine.
No Gatherings or Events / No Pets / No Smoking / No Vaping
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
Age Requirement: The responsible guest must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy.

Lockbox needed, replace bunkbeds

1. Add a lockbox instead of driving 30-40 minutes to go pick up the key. 2. Replace the bunkbeds. Unsafe for children to sleep on, the top bunks sway back and forth. We took 2 tip mattresses down to the basement. 3. The room description showed when we booked, then disappeared. Wonderful house, has everything you need.

Million dollar views :)

Pros: -The view and the sunsets from this house can not be beat! They are stunning!! -The game room was a lifesaver on a rainy day- we had pool tournaments and did puzzles :) -The size and layout of the property were perfect for 7 people -The location of the house was convenient -The management company is very responsive via text and the VRBO app -The people in the management company are very nice Cons: -You have to go to a management office to pick up the keys (very 1990’s- keypads and lockboxes are very easy to get). If you fly in to Reno- you pass the house and go South 20-25 minutes. Round trip, prepare for an hour added. Not convenient or wanted if you are coming off a 14 hour travel day like we were. -The management company has lots of “policies” -The house is very dated. Exactly as pictured. Prepare for small stains on the carpet, old quilts, worn pillows. The bath towels seem to be as old as the house. They are child sized and rough. -The beds/mattresses seem old on shaky metal frames. All OK, but if you are looking for anything luxurious- this is not your house. Overall: We weren’t put off by the linens or the age of everything in the house. We lived out on the deck and enjoyed the most spectacular view. If we weren’t on the deck., we were in the game room. Regardless of any of the “cons” we made it an amazing time!! Would rent again IF there was a lockbox.., never renting another property with a key pick up.

Amazing views of the lake

Amazing views of the lake from this four bedroom house. One of the bedrooms only has bunk beds, and one of the bathrooms doesn’t have a shower, only a bathtub. But worked great for our group of six. Interior is furnished in 80s style, but the views can’t be beat. We spent every night grilling on the patio.

Best views and sunsets ever!

Property is dated and needs some updates, however the location and the views are spectacular! We loved staying here. Grandpa and grandma with two children, their spouses, 6 grandchildren ages 9-20 and one fiancée enjoyed it together.

very big beautiful house

the house is incredible, with a beautiful view of the lake, clean with a fireplace, everything you need, dishes, bed linen, firewood is in the house !! it was a great weekend! a sympathetic and pleasant woman works in the office, who answered all our questions! we will definitely be back!
