The other annoying part is that it appeared that we were sharing the parking lot with people only going to the airport, it was hard to find parking. It looked like it was in a time warp from the 1980’s with ugly brown furniture that had the veneers scuffed, really bad coffee for the room, cheap shampoo and soap, thin towels. My room faced the highway so it was really noisy. Soundproofing or a white noise machine would have been nice. Should spend that money on room renovations and food upgrades. Had icecream that didn’t even melt. “The staff was extremely rude when checking in. We had called to inquire about early check in and the phone call went well. She said because of the holiday they couldn’t guarantee an early check in but said we could check when we were close and if there was a room ready we could check in then. No mention of a $65.00 fee for early check in. When we arrive the front desk lady was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience.
