“When we arrived we were told we needed to leave a $100 security deposit even though our reservation was prepaid. It was pretty sketchy - the card reader was having “technical issues “ so arriving guests had to use an old ATM in the lobby. Room phone was dead, again, told there were technical issues. TV didn’t work from the controller. Room was very worn. The hotel is not in a great part of town. Several people there seemed to have some substance abuse issues. One of the nights we returned there...
