“The staff was very friendly and excellent. The bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was great. The room was pretty dated and definitely could use a lot better cleaning. For example, I noticed right away when I sat at the table to eat and turned on the lamp that the lamps were filthy, like didn't look like they had ever been wiped down. “Devastated!! Booked first a week stay, never encountered bed bugs before..didn't realize that's what was biting me till about day 5. Unbelievable took it to front desk to show them and they said they need to investigate..Meanwhile I checked out immediately on discovery.. Now dealing with bites everywhere. This hotel is co convenient but not cleaned properly obviously. I'll include a few photos of some bites and bed bugs.”

“For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

“Elevator and guest hallways smelled of something rotting or stale. Room was damp and stains all over the ceiling. For what I had paid for the room, I could have easily found a better location. Disappointing.”

“Beautiful property, clean rooms and helpful staff. Ice machines were not working (in process of replacement), so staff at front desk provided ice for guests. Issues with television were quickly remedied. Pizza in the bar was tasty and hit the spot after a fun-filled day!”

“This property is mainly utilized for out of town construction workers. Not an ideal place for a single mother traveling with a young child. It was also not the cleanest. Our bathroom towels were covered in long, black hair, there were several dirty spots on the floor near the bed and in the bathroom.”

“I traveled solo and this felt like a safe property. It was clean but smelled like smoke. The advantages were location, location, location! I loved that the gas station and restaurants were within walking distance and very close to the beach. It's within 45 minutes of Longaberger so it was a great location for both. The room lacked toiletries except soap so bring yours. The hot tub in the room was nice. I will be staying again next time I'm in the area. Friendly staff!”
