The right place for a one night stay. Close to the ferry pier and the fish market.
The building is old without lift, reception in the pub at ground floor.
The room has everything you need in a tiny space. Windows haven't been renewed, very hard to open.
Usb plugs by the bed are a smart idea but unfortunately not working.
I asked for luggage deposit next morning as I was on a day tour (like 80% of tourists in Oban) but I wasn't allowed due to a private event.
Overall a good value for money if you look for an essential stay.

"Problems with hot water in room. Rooms basic but clean. Breakfast buffet basic but adequate. Hotel looks tired. Staff very good, especially Niamh at reception."
