The front desk young man was very polite and professional. He let me check in early. I was meeting a friend there to go to the Albany Wine festival. The entire property was clean and seemed in good shape. The room was great and relaxing. I was sad that the bar wasnt open. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub jets weren't working. At least the jets were pumping in hot water. I would definitely stay again.

Got a great price on this hotel for three nights. Could not beat the price. Had a pool hot tub. The Jets didn't work on it. Complimentary breakfast. The restaurant and bar are under construction so that wasn't available. Other than the mouse in the bathroom at night that my son saw it was well worth the price. I would stay there again

The hotel was “fine” but rooms felt dated—and not in a cool, retro way. Pool was uninviting (cloudy water), beds were not very comfortable but room was neat and clean. And its location was very convenient to downtown Albany.

Bar examiners, I do not recommend staying at this place. I needed to talk to a staff but there was nobody at front desk. It happened on my way of going to exam. When I call the hotel later to make sure my bags are safe, the front desk lady gave an attitude. I did not want to deal with it while I am already in exam stress. The owner should raise their employees salary. In this way, they will have people who are happy to work there. One star to management. Housekeepers were excellent and very nice.

Pretty standard and clean hotel! Nice for a quick overnight! There are signs that’s things are being re done so the bathrooms in the lobby are currently down and it doesn’t seem that my fridge in the room is working. However, these are minor fixable things that do not take away from the overall comfort. Very happy!

Good location for what I needed. The pool area was nice-clean and the best (biggest) towels I’ve ever seen at a hotel pool! A bit noisy. Maybe not what I’d want for an extended period but great for what I wanted! May stay there again…

Bed was OK. Sheets had rough piles on the fabric. The room smelled of Smoke/Disinfectant, very strong smell. Heat was fine. Bathroom was clean but limited linens. We did get clean ones the next day

It fit our needs. Rooms were clean. Hotel needs upgrade. Nothing special but ok. Make sure you ask for even numbered room so you dont have to hear Tollroad traffic all night.

The hotel is good, but these people make charges without reason or justification, they made me two additional charges, I only stayed one night, and they made charges for two, I have bank proof of that, these people are not recommended. If they reimburse me for the unjustified charges, then maybe I will change my review.

Hello, you were only charged for 1 night, which was charged by Expedia, not the hotel. When you check in we authorize your card for 100 to cover any incidental charges, which is standard hotel procedure. If you do not have any incidental charges the 100 authorization is dropped, and it was. Warm Regards

Good choice for an economy stay
Water pressure in the shower was legendary! Comfortable beds, chairs were ok but could be better. Wifi sucked, kept dropping. Good breakfast choices. Coffee could be a bit stronger, but it’s drinkable. Recommend switching to creamers that require refrigeration. They taste better.

The location was good, but it's hard to merge onto the main road leaving the hotel. The rooms could use an update.
