“There was no coffee maker, microwave or toaster in the room. The breakfast served included lukewarm and somehow firm scrambled eggs and burnt sausage. The bread offered was white or wheat. Not what I had hoped for from a Hilton hotel.”

“If we could have left no stars and simply wrote a review, we would have. Despite the staff being decent, we can’t find anything else nice to say about our stay here. It should have been a two night stay, and we would have gladly stayed “no nights”, but there were H.S. graduations happening in the area and all hotels were booked our first, and only, night there. “I do NOT recommend!
I stayed here (rm 500) 3 years ago, so chose to stay again during a 5 day visit. My grandkids live in Fredericksburg; we're from Indiana.
I'll start with the good. The evening desk person is super kind. Cassandra was also nice when my grandkids came to swim-thank you!
The bed is super comfy and big. Overall, the room was clean. Pool is nice, but WAY TOO MUCH chlorine for kids. Decent breakfast spread, but coffee was muddy awful.
Now to the negatives!
