“We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and courteous and very helpful when needed. It’s true that the Wi-Fi didn’t work on the guest computer, but that’s OK. in general, I would definitely consider visiting again and recommend others.”

“It’s an older hotel but well maintained. The hot tub wasn’t working when we stayed and the gym was so small that it was uncomfortable with more than two people. Also, the restaurant menu left a lot to be desired but the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“I would stay here again. The only issue I had was the elevator needs work. I almost missed my Uber because the elevator took forever to arrive at the 5th floor so I had to take the stairs.”

“There is more than one town of Laurel, and when we mistakenly booked at this location, we immediately called to cancel and they refused. They decided to forego customer service in favor of capturing a few dollars for services they would never render. A good little anecdote for how American culture seems increasingly trending towards the selfish and vain. Good job, Best Western. Another family of hotels we will strive to avoid. Way to ruin it for the rest of them…”

“This hotel cost me over $700 for two days. Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. I placed a towel on the floor and when I returned from the casino it was soaked. Water rises from in between the wood panel floors. This is with or without taking a shower.
