“If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet place surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot. We saw deer, cows, donkeys, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, and bears.”

“The Bears Den was exactly as listed. The unit was clean, bright, and well stocked. We didn't do much off site because the patio was so nice. We finished off our books, watched the swallows swoop, and star gazed.All in all a comfortable, quiet abode”

“We were there with our family for a wedding. This house was so comfortable, organized and clean! The backyard was fantastic to hang out in the evenings and coffee in the mornings. Lovely place to stay. ”

“BEDBUG ALERT!! One of the bedrooms in the upstairs was full of bedbugs. It has bit us all over and made us feel so uncomfortable and itchy. There were no cribs for the babies/toddlers. Not a great option for families. Apart from this, the view from the cabin was great. ”

“Looked for an affordable property (close to Aspen) just ahead of Colorado’s first snows. Rustic private cabin was just what we needed - cozy and clean. Host and Hostess were perfect. They were available but never intrusive. Let us come and go as we chose. Helped us with directions, eateries and wildlife reports.”

“Beautiful older house, nice finishes tastefully refreshed. Amazing location with quick access and an easy walk into downtown. With the cool night air it would have been nice to have screens on the windows to leave them open. There should be a disclaimer regarding the drastic slant to the floor. I would love to stay there again, however, due to having vertigo I felt like I was walking in a fun house. ”
