“When we arrived we didn't have any towels for the shower and also notice the tub had not been cleaned. Had very little toilet paper. Rest of room was very clean. It was like they had cleaned everything and then forgot to restock. Breakfast was a small area but they had a nice selection of items. Staff was very helpful. No elevator so if you have a room on 2nd floor it was hard getting bigger suitcase up to room.”

“Broken hot tub. Broken shower head. Room key chips weren’t working. No fitness center. Very few breakfast options. Back doors were unlocked and unsecured (literally anyone could walk in!). Better options nearby. Will not be back.”

“Quick check in, easy parking and if you needed a vehicle charge, there was a bank of Rivian charge spots (indicating compatibility with all electric vehicles, but I could not confirm on this trip).”

“Just returned from our trip to the PNW. This hotel was super cute and clean. It over looks the river and the outdoors was so comfy and pretty we decided to go pick up dinner and bring it back to the hotel and eat on the patio. Everyone else had the same idea. Lots of families sitting outside and enjoying the peaceful setting. Our room also had a cute private balcony. Wish we had more than one night to enjoy this great hotel.”

“This hotel is old and should be subject to a refund after you see your room. The windowsill was ridiculously dirty. We don’t understand why these places are even on Expedia! You guys need to do your due diligence before you post them as places to stay. A refund should be offered to us!”

“This is one of my favorite overnight stayover spots on I-5 as I drive this route once a Moths between Sonoma Voubty, CA and Vancouver, BC, Canada. It’s always clean and well maintained with a terrific staff. And (big issue for me)…A great complimentary breakfast with MANY protein choices.
