The Space:
This modern and sunny 38 m² apartment has been designed for the comfort of up to four guests. It is located in a new building with an elevator. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room, connected to a kitchenette. It's the perfect place to spend time together. A comfortable sofa bed provides a restful sleeping space for two, while a 55-inch Smart TV is perfect for evening relaxation. The living room opens onto a furnished balcony – a wonderful space for a morning coffee or a moment of rest after an eventful day.

The separate, cozy bedroom is a true oasis of calm, perfect for unwinding. An incredibly comfortable double bed awaits, guaranteeing a deep, rejuvenating sleep after a day full of impressions. It provides the ideal conditions to rest and gather strength for another day of exploring.

The functional kitchenette encourages self-catering. It is equipped with all necessary appliances: an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer. Shared meals can be enjoyed at the comfortable dining table. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower and a washing machine, which is a great convenience for longer stays. An iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack are also provided. The entire apartment creates a well-thought-out and functional space, ready to welcome guests.

The apartment is located in a modern, quiet housing estate in the Gliwice-Łabędy district. It is an ideal base, combining peace and quiet with easy access to infrastructure. There is a large grocery store in the immediate vicinity, making daily shopping easy. Fans of active leisure will appreciate the proximity of the forest with an outdoor gym, perfect for walks, jogging, or a family bike trip.

Although the estate is intimate, excellent public transport allows for quick access to the heart of Gliwice. A bus stop is located just 400 meters from the building, from where you can easily reach the city center. It is worth visiting the charming Market Square with the Town Hall, the historic Piast Castle, and the Municipal Palm House in Chopin Park – a great attraction for the whole family. A necessary point of interest is also the famous Gliwice Radio Tower, a symbol of the city.

The Gliwice Łabędy railway station is 2 km away. The main railway station in Gliwice is about 6 km away, from where direct trains run to Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport (the journey takes about 50 minutes). The airport can also be reached by a direct bus.
