“Clean room. Needed more counter space in the bathroom. Staff was friendly, a gentleman carried my bag upstairs when I checked in but after calling the front desk no one ever came. I would stay again”

“The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky. Had to pay extra for second log in fire place. Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning. Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage Inn & Spa. The Inn is very conveniently located, the room is well appointed, and the breakfast pastries they deliver every morning were delicious! We will definitely stay again!”

“Lack of convenient hot water. Morning shower took a full 10 minutes for luke warm water. Called the owner and he acknowledged it would take "a while" for hot water to reach that end of the hotel. Also the hotel was not staffed for my Sunday and Monday nights stay. I was given a front door key to let myself in and out when going about town trusting that other guests would be responsible enough to see that they ensured the building was secure as they came and went. “This property was quaint. We stayed in the cottage was a little more than a converted shed but it was comfy, cool, and quiet. We loved having the privacy. We weren’t able to stay for breakfast or really enjoy the outdoor spaces which were so cute but it was beautiful. The bed was sooo comfy. Perfect rest after 600 miles on a motorcycle.”

“The front desk had a person but I had to check in thru a kiosk with a serpate employee that I couldn’t understand. Then the AC worked for a few hours then stopped working. Room was 80 degrees the whole night. The Breakfest staff was extremely nice and accommodating”

“No towels. No soap. No shampoo. Nothing. Had to go down to office several times to ask the very friendly and helpful staff member for items. Bathroom was very dirty. Brown stuff all over the walls, that comes right off with a damp towel. Hair all over the beds. Shower was completely filled with dirt and sand. Also, only a tiny fraction of toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival. Had to ask staff for that as well. For what I paid, it was more money than it’s worth. Very saddened that I had to...
