“I rented a room for the evening for my sons hockey tournament we checked in and our room and our teammates room had bed bugs we went to desk to inform staff and they went up to room and argued that it was just dirty not bed bugs well I know what bed bugs look like and to find out 6 day ago a review came in that they had bed bugs.
