“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The hotel was such a pleasure to stay in. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and good to work with. I travel a lot and wish more places were like here. It was also a fabulous location near a lot of shopping and food venues. ”
