Brand new 3-bedroom house minutes to ocean in Gloucester

Newly built 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch style home. 1000 sq foot of living space available. Located in central Gloucester at the top of a hill but a 5 minute drive to the local beaches and downtown. A short 40 min drive to Boston. The home is attached to another home via a covered porch but is a completely separate home from the main structure.

This is a family oriented rental. parties, other guests not listed and or excessive noise will not be allowed. Guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
The space
3 bedrooms 1 bath. Bedroom 1 has queen beds. Bedroom 2 has king bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and changing table.
Guest access
Access entire home except basement and closets. If you need closet space please let me know in advance.
Other things to note
Home is attached to another home via covered porch. Porch is shared with neighbor (homeowners) and pets are at that property. Absolutely no parties or others guests outside of who is listed on the reservation are allowed to be on premises.

The primary home attached via deck the owners of the property live and do have dogs. The dogs are friendly and would not be outside alone when guests are coming and going however if dogs are an issue this might not be the property for you. We can provide a key to the rear entrance of the home if you prefer not to encounter the dogs as they do not use the back yard. If you have any questions about this please let me know beforehand.

Reservation allows 5 max guests however if you have children and are a family of 6 exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Please sent an inquiry and I will review for approval if needed.

Washer and Dryer is not included as an amenity. If guests are staying longer than a week (7 nights) we can include amenity for an additional fee if requested. Only high efficiency detergent is to be used and guests assume all responsibility for the machines. If washer or dryer break during use or there is damage as a result of the laundry being used this will be the responsibility of the guests.

This home has an air conditioning window unit only. The home provides ceiling fans in most rooms as well as portable fans. The home generally stays pretty comfortable due to it being mostly in the shade.
