Ottimo staff, gentili e disponibili. Stanza pulite e comode. Si sta bene in agosto anche senza aria condizionata. C'e' un ventilatore che non ho acceso.

The property is in a very central location and there were good facilities in the room which was a good size and very clean but we didn't find any other facilities in the hotel. However there are cafes, bars etc in easy walking distance.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our hotel aims to primarily offer self-catering facilities in the rooms with the microwave, fridge, and kettle with tea and coffee. Great accomodation for the price. Very clean, plenty of facilities in the room - including a microwave, wine glasses, crockery & cutlery. The beds were really comfy and the shower was lovely. Would definitely stay again. Staff were very welcoming & helpful.

Fabulous stay
It was a fab place. Will definitely be our place to stay from now on in gloucester. 5 stars on all departments. I dropped oncevto 4 star only because the bed was to soft for me. That us a matter of taste though and would not keep me away for future visits.

1. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center and less than five minutes from the bus and coach station. The hotel also has a 24 hour front desk. 2. We stayed there for a week and during the whole time and had no running hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water only. We complained to the front desk who said they would get maintenance to fix it. However they didn’t turn up during the whole week we were there to fix it. The front desk did nothing to keep us informed about what was going on. We had to go and ask them each day what the status was, and their response was always the same. We’ll get ask maintenance to come and fix it. . I am really disappointed that they didn’t care or actively try to resolve the issue or keep us informed about what was going on. In the end, we didn’t have hot water for our entire trip. So although they had a 24 hr front desk, I’m not sure what they did, because they were not able to actively follow up and address guests concerns. 3. Room service was spotty at best. They were supposed to clean the room everyday. Sometimes they came, sometimes they didn’t. When they did come, they did’t replace dirty dishes or towels, or straighten the room. They mostly came in and emptied the bins. In 7 days staying there, they only replaced dirty linen and dishes at most 2 times.

Comfortable, quiet and value for money
The location of this hotel is excellent and easy to find. Check in was straightforward and quick. The room itself was a good size and had a separate sitting area with a sofa, TV, fridge, kettle and microwave. There was a good choice of cutlery and glasses too. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was hot and powerful. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet during the night. The only downside was the temperature which was boiling! I turned the radiators off but no windows opened so it made it feel a little stuffy. Overall very happy though and good value for money

Great location but stay at your own risk.
Room was not cleaned very well. Staff gave wrong room and 2 people came into our room unannounced. Triple check your room reservation when checking in. Was not offered any remedy for the inconveniences.

It was in a decent location for what we were looking for. Extra fans would have been helpful to keep us cool during sleeping hours. Lost some food due to having the electric off when we were not in the room (room key has to be locked in the port and only 1 room key provided). Only purchase food for the next morning as you are returning would be my recommendation. Other than that, it was a good place to rest.

We will pass on the feedback to the staff.In regards to the electrics we use energy savers that switch off the electricity in the room when guests are no longer inside, however the fridges that are featured in our rooms are on a separate circuit and will continue to stay on regardless.

Good hotel but no onsite parking.
We had a one night stay which was very comfortable with a clean and modernised room but the view was not particularly inspiring. We had minimal but very polite interaction with the reception staff. The hotel was pretty good value and the location was convenient to the center and docks area. The one downside was there was no onsite parking despite the website saying there was. This was the entire reason we booked this hotel over the more characterful New Inn. So this was a little frustrating. Other than that, a good stay.

Javais réservé une chambre plus grande jai eu une chambre tres sombre et beaucoup plus petite que reservee , avec un lit au ras du sol , murs tres sales, impossible de dormir car chauffage non réglable, nous avons du utiliser les deux ventilateurs de la chambre , la fenetre et le plafond sont couverts de moissisures ... jai pris toutes les photos ..
