La casa Bayview si trova in posizione perfetta tra Annisquam Village e Lanesville ... a pochi passi da Plum Cove Beach o se preferisci camminare per strada per andare a nuotare nelle cave ... a 5 minuti a piedi con il Sentieri di Greenbelt a Dog Town, a solo un miglio da Halibut Point a Rockport ea pochi minuti da alcuni dei migliori kayak della zona.

Questa vacanza a Cape Ann è un ampio spazio di vita aperto aggiornato con una camera da letto al primo piano (letto matrimoniale) e due camere da letto al piano superiore al secondo piano: 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli (e vista sull'oceano).

Ampia cucina open space, soggiorno e sala da pranzo si apre sulla grande terrazza privata che offre oche e il posto perfetto per i pasti serali. La nostra casa è luminosa e ariosa con un grande spazio vivibile ... la vacanza perfetta. The Willow Rest - in fondo alla strada - è un must per colazione e pranzo. I ristoranti di mercato e Lobsta terra sono a pochi minuti per la cena sull'acqua.

Tanto da fare ... andare in barca, osservare le balene, pescare, nuotare in spiagge mozzafiato e fare kayak di mare, andare in bicicletta, fare escursioni, passeggiate nella natura, una vivace comunità artistica, grandi musei, festival, mercati contadini e tramonti da non perdere su Ipswich Baia o sulla spiaggia di Plum Cove. Minuti di Rockport, ed è facilmente raggiungibile in treno dei pendolari da Boston. Boston e Salem MA - meno di un'ora di distanza.

Great getaway location in Gloucester.

The space was lovely, clean and definitely big enough for our party of five. The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment; the beds were very comfy. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, and patient while we figured out the parking. The open floor design allowed for great flow between kitchen, dining and living areas. Location; it is in a quiet area of Gloucester - mostly residences. There is a jetty you can walk to across the street; the beach is a bit further and not within visual distance. We never got there. But it's a short drive up to the lovely Halibut Point state park and about 10 minutes to a huge grocery store; downtown is similarly only about 10 minutes away. I'd definitely stay again!

Girls' weekend

We had such a fun time on our girls' weekend. This spot was a great location to visit Gloucester and Salem. We enjoyed the property; it was exactly as described. Would recommend this location.

The rental looked as advertised, it was very clean and had all necessary items. The owners were very nice as well. The property was rented with a hot tub, that had been removed before our stay. We were not notified of this change or reimbursed at all which was disappointing. The area was beautiful. The

Just what we needed

We stayed in Gloucester for a family wedding. The space was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It’s about a 10 minute drive from downtown, and easy to get to dining and sights. There is a nice deck with comfortable seating. Overall it was just what we needed for our two night stay!

Weekend getaway Salem/Gloucester MA

Impressed with how clean the place was and its overall location. I would have liked the tight steep stairwell and the bedroom placements as opposed to the bathroom. I thought two bedrooms were on the main floor - I may have missed that but didn’t think only one room was upstairs. Lastly the responce time of returning my messages wasn’t great. Overall it was a lovely stay!!

Perfect Cape Ann Retreat

This was a lovely rental for a couple's getaway to Cape Ann. We had never been before, and the hosts provided an excellent guide to the area in the room, as well as providing some restaurant recommendations in a brief and friendly chat after we checked in (all of which were delicious!). The amenities were excellent, especially the balcony which offered a nice spot to relax and make plans for the day. For this stay, it was just the two of us, but the upstairs bedrooms would make this a fantastic rental if you're traveling with kids as well. The hosts were also extremely friendly and communicative any time we needed to contact them. The location provided easy access to both Gloucester and Rockport. I'd highly recommend this property for any travelers to Cape Ann!

Lovely and convenient

We booked to be near family in Gloucester and were comfortable and happy with our choice. It’s a roomy home, with enough space for our famiky to gather for a meal at the dining table. Beds were Just right for a good night’s sleep.

Comfortable stay, lovely part of Cape Ann

This was a great property for my family. It has plenty of room for two adults and two kids and a great deck off the living room. The owners offer beach chairs and umbrellas. The property was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. It’s in a lovely part of Gloucester and is walkable to a small, local beach. We would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

We were greeted by Regina when we arrived and she was very nice and helpful. The VRBO was probably the cleanest one we have ever stayed in and was decorated beautifully. It did not have the ocean view that we thought it would from the listing but was very close to downtown.

Wonderful Location

Great location for exploring Cape Ann! Near Plum Cove, Lanesville + Folly Cove. During the heat wave was perfect to be able to swim at Plum cove. We never did find the quarry but heard great things about it. Beautiful deck to be able to enjoy the view and watch the summer storms come in.

Perfect home

Perfect home base for a long overdue girls trip with my sisters and daughter! Our days were full of adventures and our evenings were spent in the most beautiful and perfectly appointed home! Wine on the balcony where we could see the water….priceless!! I’m already dreaming of my next trip!!

Stairs

It was a very good location, lots of room( 2 regular bedrooms and 1 very large bedroom), 1 bathroom, nice deck and comfortable living area. The only drawback was the access. Steep starirs to the unit and spiral stairs to the 2 bedrooms on the second floor of the unit. Once we found the outside deck and stairs to the ground it was much better. Luckily we are not young but not decrepid.

We enjoyed our stay at this multi-family home in Gloucester.

The home was very clean. It was walking distance from the coast and a short drive to town. There were plenty of towels, linens and bedding. Shower was very comfortable with plenty of hot water. Host was very accommodating.

Great spot in Gloucester for a group

Everyone was impressed with the place- it was clean, comfortable and well outfitted. We didn’t get to use the kitchen but it had everything you would need to make some meals. Host Regina was easy to communicate with and responsive, went above and beyond to help us. Great place!
