Location, location, location! Waterviews e una breve passeggiata per Good Harbor Beach. Questo quattro camere da letto / 2. 5 bagno di casa vacanza è grande e confortevole ed è a pochi passi di sabbia bianca e il surf di Good Harbor Beach. La posizione offre il meglio di tutti i mondi in quanto ������������������������ così vicino alla spiaggia più famosa di Cape Ann e ha anche una vista d'acqua di Bass Rocks, la drammatica costa rocciosa, meta di chi cerca vista sull'Atlantico a sua pi���������� intensa. Il popolare "sponda posteriore" passeggiata ��������� una delle passeggiate pi�� caratteristici della costa orientale e il marciapiede inizia di fronte al mare Casa e continua per 1. 5 miglia a senso unico (o 3 miglia di andata e ritorno verso casa) abbracciando la rocciosa costa con brezze oceaniche costante come bonus deliziosa!


La parte anteriore della casa ha un portico a figura intera da cui è possibile visualizzare il mare in ombra confortevole e godere di una bevanda o un pasto al fresco. Dal portico entrare nel soggiorno con schermo piatto e un sacco di posti a sedere, e la tana separato (ma adiacente) con un divano-letto (e TV con lettore DVD per la vasta libreria di DVD in casa) che rende la camera doppia servire dovere come una fuga bambino (o adulto) o uno spazio semi-privato supplementare di sonno. La cucina in granito, rinnovato di recente ��������������� abitabile e completamente applianced e ha dispensa un maggiordomo con più spazio di archiviazione e un altro lavandino e un bagno di servizio.


Al piano superiore sono 4 camere da letto (tutte con aria condizionata) e altri due bagni, il bagno padronale, rinnovato di recente con una vasca idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni, doppio lavandino e un box doccia in vetro separata e la sala da bagno che ha un full size vasca idromassaggio con doccia sopra esso. La casa sar������������� ospitare comodamente 10 con abbastanza spazio per la tua famiglia e le persone che vorranno visitare in questa splendida casa sulla spiaggia. Lasciare l'auto nel vialetto (ed evitare le tasse di parcheggio spiaggia) e camminare a Good Harbor Beach. La casa dispone di altre due unit������� occupati con ingressi separati e parcheggio.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. I do agree with the other reviewer that the amount of signs telling you what to do or not do is overwhelming. Some are helpful, so are completely not necessary. There is also people living in the basement and attic, but it was no big deal. We rarely saw them and never heard them, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It would also be nice if there was whole house A/C. Also the one room A/C constantly needed emptied. It was humid during our stay and the ocean breeze didn't really cut it. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room, very comfortable and clean. You can not beat this location! We walked to the beach frequently and it was so nice not to worry about parking. The beach was amazing. Bass Rocks in the front yard was so beautiful. The town was cute and there was plenty to do nearby. This is a great rental.

Frustrating vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably the worst vacation home we've ever rented in the east coast. The only saving grace was the stunning beauty of the location. The house was unclean (ants running around everywhere in kitchen, dirty floor, disgustingly dirty carpet, etc.), no dinning room, very small living room ,poorly furnished. The beds however were clean and comfortable. The creepiest point was that it appeared that the owners lived in both the basement and the attic of the rental house! There were many locked doors and closets with overwhelming number of sings mostly telling you what not to do. Definitely not welcoming place. We will go back to the area but never to that house again!

Wonderful Week

Sunny, spacious and well-equipped

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family from Maryland, NYC and the Boston area united at the Seaside House for a week in August, including two small children. We have stayed at numerous properties near Good Harbor Beach over several decades, and found Seaside House to be a spacious and well-equipped property just a short walk from the beach, with the added benefit of the lovely Bass Rocks views and walks. Terrific weather and a full moon over the water added to our enjoyment. The owners are on the property and offered any assistance we might need, but all went smoothly. We would suggest the addition of room darkening shades in all windows, especially on the front of the house. It's a great house for kids with all the diversions of the beach, a nice porch, and super play and game room. The busy street traffic right in front of the house was the only downside for us, and did not seriously detract from the restful experience.

Perfect family vacation for 8 people

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the place was very clean and there was an instruction book for us to follow, making it easy to know what to do with garbage and recyclables, the tv remotes, and how to leave the place upon departure. I met the owner who was very courteous and friendly. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one of them is very spacious with a king bed, air conditioning unit, tv, and large bathroom and double sink. The other had a queen and the other 2 had twin beds each. The kitchen is long and fairly wide too. We played games at the kitchen table every night. The house is stocked with about 100 dvd movies and has 2 tv's on the main floor. There were 2 folding tables we used on the porch for our dinners, along with the large glass table and 6 chairs that were already there. I couldn't have been more pleased with a stay at the beach than we were in this house. Had my family of 5 plus my parents and my mother-in-law. We had lobster dinners twice out on the spacious porch which overlooks the ocean. We also cook on the grilled 2 times! Loved our stay! Would do it again in a heartbeat if we can get enough people to fill the house. And it was seamless to make the transactions with the realty company too. They are very courteous.

This one was the best! The location and the views were incredible. The beach was just a 5 minute walk. The house had every amenity one could ever expect or want. Everything was spotless. The owners were so gracious and welcoming. They even helped me when my antique brain couldn't figure out the TV remote! We plan to be back next year.

Reviewer Comments: Yes, the Seaside may be a little costly, but it was very much worth every penny of it! 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in New England, clean, quiet, spacey, pretty, convienient, with all the gadgets and tools to feel at home. I recommend it. Only little dark side: the traffic that passes by regularely.

Our clan got a bit noise some evenings on the large front porch facing the ocean. The home-owner lives upstairs and say they didn't hear a thing. The owners are very nice. We had a great time at our vacation rental. We happened to arrive on an unreasonably hot day that lasted 2 days. There is only 1 window air conditioner in the master bedroom. They did have lots of fans. After those 2 days the weather and ocean breeze are heavenly. I would reccomend to the owners to supply beach towels.
