The Utkiek vacation home is located in the Bockholm district of Glücksburg, right by the sea and just about 30 meters from the water. The property is situated on the beachfront, features private beach access with a dock, and offers views of the beach and the sea. Thanks to its quiet location, the vacation home is particularly well-suited for anyone who appreciates being close to the water—from an early morning walk to a relaxing day at the beach. The beach is a pebble beach, so you can enjoy your time by the sea as well as activities right at the water’s edge.

With a size of 90 m² and 3 bedrooms, the vacation home offers space for up to 6 guests. It also features a comfortable bathroom with a shower, making daily life pleasant even with several people staying there. The amenities are designed for comfort: bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit. The house is designated as a non-smoking property and features a private, detached lot measuring 600 m². Since the lot is fenced and child- and dog-safe, children and pets can safely enjoy the surroundings. For added privacy, privacy screens are provided for all windows. The covered patio and an additional patio area allow you to enjoy your day flexibly—ideal for taking in the view of the surroundings, relaxing after returning from the beach, or preparing for a barbecue in the garden. Additional amenities include a garden, a lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a windbreak. A grill is available, described as a charcoal grill.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy layout with a living room, dining area, and a sofa nook. The kitchen is open to the living room and offers everything you need for self-catering, including a stove (ceramic), an electric oven connection, refrigerator, freezer compartment or freezer cabinet with a separate freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Spices and a trash can are also included. For comfort in any weather, there is electric heating. There is also a wood-burning stove to create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. Entertainment and communication needs are also covered: There is a TV (35–44 inches) with satellite and digital international channels, as well as a radio and a CD player. Internet and Wi-Fi are available, with speeds starting at 100 Mbit/s, e.g., via cable or fiber optics. Practical amenities include a washing machine for personal use, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. Additional free parking is available on the street in front of the house.

The detached vacation home features a total of three cozy bedrooms, equipped with high-quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, featuring a comfortable sofa nook and a large dining table—perfect for social evenings. Entertainment is provided by three TVs with digital satellite connections as well as a hi-fi system where you can play your favorite music.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: You’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave, to name just a few of the amenities. There’s also a coffee maker and an espresso machine, perfect for enjoying your first morning coffee with a view of the sea.

An absolute highlight is the large terrace, which is ideal for sunny days. Enjoy your meals outdoors, relax on the lounge chairs, or spend convivial evenings barbecuing with family and friends. The beach area offers a variety of recreational activities, such as swimming, windsurfing, or simply relaxing. The surrounding area is perfect for scenic hikes and bike rides to explore the beautiful natural surroundings.

The location of our accommodations are another plus: set in a quiet, idyllic setting, you’ll still find all the amenities you need for daily life nearby. Shopping options are about 4,000 m away, and restaurants are just 2,100 m away. The town center of Glücksburg is about 4 km away, while the nearest golf course is 2 km away.

The accommodations are also family-friendly and offers high chairs and a crib upon request. Pets are also welcome, but we ask that you contact us in advance. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, which is why the apartment features a fenced-in property and smoke detectors for your safety. There is ample parking space on the property for up to three cars.
