The “Utkiek” vacation home is located in the Bockholm district of Glücksburg, right by the sea and just about 30 meters from the water. The property is located right on the beachfront, features private beach access with a dock, and offers views of the beach and the sea. Thanks to its quiet location, the vacation home is particularly well-suited for anyone who appreciates being just steps away from the water—from an early morning walk to a relaxing day at the beach. The beach is a pebble beach, so you can enjoy your time by the sea as well as activities right at the water’s edge.

With a floor area of 90 m² and 3 bedrooms, the vacation home can accommodate up to 6 guests. It also features a comfortable bathroom with a shower, making daily life pleasant even for larger groups. The amenities are designed for comfort: bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit. The house is designated as a non-smoking property and features a private, detached lot measuring 600 m². Since the property is fenced and child- and dog-safe, children and pets can safely enjoy the surroundings. Privacy screens are provided for all windows to ensure additional privacy. The covered terrace and an additional terrace area allow you to enjoy the day flexibly—ideal for taking in the view of the surroundings, relaxing after returning from the beach, or preparing for a barbecue in the garden. Additional amenities include a garden, a lawn, garden furniture, sun loungers, as well as a parasol and windbreak. A barbecue is available, described as a charcoal grill.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy layout featuring a living room, dining area, and a sofa corner. The kitchen is open to the living room and offers everything you need for self-catering, including a stove (ceramic), oven connection (electric), refrigerator, freezer compartment or freezer cabinet with an extra freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Spices and a trash can are also provided. For comfort in any weather, there is electric heating. There is also a wood-burning stove to create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. Entertainment and communication are also provided for: there is a TV (35–44 inches) with satellite and digital international channels, as well as a radio and a CD player.
