Vacanze gmina Lubrza

Great place - good location and amazing view. There is also a mall downstairs which is very handy.

Stayed 1 night after visiting Wroclaw and wanted to near bus station the following morning (early departure). While the property itself can get top marks (modern , clean , quiet area , A/C and proximity to station) my overall score is severely negated by lack of response from the management while I was concerned inside. I may be mistaken but the property is marketed via several booking platform (such as Hotels and Airbnb ) and guests receive check in instructions via mail /apps. There is no reception/representative on-site. The access to the apartment was with a key pad (both access to building and access to apartment ). Some time after I was already inside (with headphones) I suddenly realised that someone was buzzing the door from outside (couple of attempts) As I don’t speak Polish and was not expecting visitors , I assumed this was a mistake. However , when I realised someone was trying to open the door (access code) from outside and then tried to open the door —> this is when I became very alarmed ! Fortunately (I’d recommend it to future guests!!) I always lock hotel room locks so this did by default when entering the property. Whoever was trying to access the door - even if code was known - failed to do so. When I approached the door and knocked on it from inside , the person (or people ?) left. I contacted the hosts , asked if codes were replaced ahead of each check-in, if cctv was available… no response !? To me that’s not professional hence 3/5

We weren't informed that there are road works around the property so it was kind of surprise that we had a water cut for whole day. When water had been turned back on, it was brown. I guess if I knew, I'd probably cancel and book something else. Apart from that it was clean and location is great.
