beautiful hotel but they have to improve some…
I have stayed in this beautiful design hotel in the center of Warsaw twice. Unfortunately I cannot confirm the enthusiasm of the first time because the service has worsened, as well as customer service. In addition, they should not allow small and noisy children to enter the spa, they do not allow you to relax as it should be in a spa area. Worse than the children are the parents who dived and did not take care of not being alone. I also complained about this but they replied that for them it was normal like this. Too bad

Pulizia eccellente..personale gentile e disponibile..ampia scelta di dolce e salato..utilizzo della piscina dalle 06 alle. 23..top!!!
