The Space:
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people - perfect for large groups!
Viking is a unique house designed for people who like to travel in groups and value privacy. The property consists of a 2 living rooms, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The house also has a spacious garden with a barbecue - a perfect place to relax on warm evenings. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment that allows you to prepare tasty meals.
Guests can also use a private parking space on the property.
Parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and baby's high chair if they wish so and beside the house they’ll find a children’s playground.

The house consists of two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room.

The Neighborhood:
This comfortable house is located in the charming village of Domysłów on the Wolin Island. Away from the hustle and bustle of cities, near picturesque lakes (350m) - Żółwińskie, Domysłowskie and Czajcze lakes - it is an ideal solution for people who want to relax in the bosom of nature.
The Amber Baltic golf club (4 km) is also nearby.
Fans of hiking or biking will also find something for themselves, because Viking is located only 5 km from the Wolin National Park and the largest lake in the Wolin Lake District, Koprowo lake, as well as the Baltic Sea.
Being there, it is also worth going to the famous Międzyzdroje (9 km), Wolin known for the Viking Festival (12 km) or Świnoujście with the widest beach and the highest lighthouse on the Polish coast (23 km).

House was canceled 3 hours before check-in.

I couldn‘t see the property as the house was canceled 3 hours before check-in. Renters, who was in charge of the Administration of this property for my stay said the house had no gas, and they didn‘t offer a solution either for the gas or our stay. My family and I were already driving to Poland, and were almost there. It was a terrible experience. Can‘t say ir this was RENTERS fault or the property owner, as they didn‘t provide details. Although I have requested reimburesment for gas expenses for the driving Renters die not answer. Terrible experience.

Kann ich weiter empfehlen

Die Bilder auf der Webseite sollte man vielleicht aktualisieren. An der einen oder anderen Stelle sieht man dass es länger nicht geputzt worden ist Das haus an Sicht ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Man sollte vielleicht erwähnen das die Gegend nicht für tief gelegten Autos geeignet ist. Im großen und ganzen kann ich das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Das Haus ist nicht mehr so ganz wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Leider ist die Internetverbindung nicht so gut, falls man sich darauf verlassen möchte. Es waren noch nichtmal 1MB/s. Ansonsten war es ein schönes Haus und es gab genug Schlafplätze.

Schönes Häuschen im Naturschutzgebiet

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Leuten mit Hunden. Hatten alle ausreichend Platz. Besonders schön war der große Esstisch, an dem alle gemeinsam Platz hatten. Vom Essgeschirr könnte ein wenig mehr vorhanden sein. Ansonsten war die Küche auch top ausgestattet.

Gut saniertes Objekt in ruhiger Gegend

Domyslov liegt etwas abseits der Küstenstraße, Misdroy als primärer Ausflugsort ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Die Natur/Wälder im Umkreis sind durchaus hübsch, allerdings ist der besonders schöne Nationalpark-Wald nur auf wenigen Wegen offiziell begehbar und darüber hinaus bereits die Nutzung der Wege zur Wanderung allein kostenpflichtig. Das war doch etwas irritierend aber sicher kein Problem des Quartiers. Es ist auch wenn man es als Familie mit 4 Kindern aller Altersklassen nutzt sehr großzügig und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt ein paar Defekte (z.B. undichter Warmwasserschlauch am linken Wasserhahn im Bad, Unterschrankbeleuchtung in der Küche hängt runter, Herdlicht defekt, Lichtschalter in der Küche selbst hat einen Wackelkontakt, teilweise endloser Nachlauf in der WC Spülung im 1.OG ) aber das lässt sich sicher alles beheben bzw. man kann damit leben. Fernsehen und Internet haben tadellos funktioniert. Achja noch eine Empfehlung - die Wasserenthärtungsanlage sollte mal so umkonfiguriert werden, dass sie ihren Regenerationszyklus nicht mitten in der Nacht startet sondern irgendwann am Vormittag...

In Ordnung

Es ist an sich ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort, die Straße könnte allerdings ein Asphalt gebrauchen. Für eine ruhige und Idyllische Atmosphäre ist definitiv gesorgt. Das haus an sich ist sehr schön geschnitten und bietet ein schönes Ambiente. Leider waren hinter und unter den Betten Verunreinigungen, das Wasser hat einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, ansonsten war alls ok.

Abgelegene ruhige Top Unterkunft

Sehr abgelegen und ruhige Lage. Nette kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frische Brötchen also kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist wie erwartet. Alles was benötigt wird war vorhanden.

Herbst 2020

Wir waren zwei Familien zu je 4 Personen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es war alles sauber. Es gibt ein Druchgangs -Zimmer das zu zwei weiteren Schlaf/Kinderzimmer führt. Für uns kein Problem - sollte man aber trotzdem wissen. Das Wasser kommt aus einen Brunnen und es müffelt. Wahrscheinlich ist es sehr Schwefelhaltig. Gekocht haben wir mit gekauften Wasser. Vom Haus erreicht man alle Freizeitangebote in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Das Haus war viel besser als auf den Bildern abgebildet Daumen hoch . Das Haus innere perfect sauber A-Z Leider kleinig keit war das wasser ( hat gestunken) Und die heizung hat nicht funktioniert Seher nette nachbarn Familen freundlich und KINDER FREUNDLICH

Schönes, sauberes und modernes Ferienhaus!

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Für unser tolles Wetter haben vielleicht noch ein paar mehr Gartenmöbel gefehlt. Es wäre gut auf der Internet Seite zu erwähnen, dass doch alle 4 Schlafzimmer oben sind und 3 direkt nebeneinander liegen! Wenn man sich nicht supergut kennt, ist es etwas zu nah!
