The property consists of a 2 living rooms, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The house also has a spacious garden with a barbecue - a perfect place to relax on warm evenings. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment that allows you to prepare tasty meals. Guests can also use a private parking space on the property. Parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and baby's high chair if they wish so and beside the house they’ll find a children’s playground.

The Amber Baltic golf club (4 km) is also nearby. Fans of hiking or biking will also find something for themselves, because Viking is located only 5 km from the Wolin National Park and the largest lake in the Wolin Lake District, Koprowo lake, as well as the Baltic Sea. Being there, it is also worth going to the famous Międzyzdroje (9 km), Wolin known for the Viking Festival (12 km) or Świnoujście with the widest beach and the highest lighthouse on the Polish coast (23 km).
