“Our room was very clean and small kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pans, bowls, plates and utensils you would need. Although we only stayed one night, the room would be perfect for a more lengthy stay.”

“The shower in my room had almost no hot water pressure. The cold water worked fine but I didn’t want to take an ice cold shower in the morning. The sheets on my bed also had black makeup stains on them. The gym was a treadmill that was broken and an exercise bike. The fire alarm went off and we had stay outside while the fire dept. reset the system. The floor in the bathroom was not attached to the floor and could be lifted with your feet. The floor was also very sticky. The make up wipes...

“The hotel is great! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great for restaurants and shopping.”

“No luggage trolley. Broken reading light. Broken desk chair. Air conditioner controls on wall were not identified /explained clearly on unit. Toilet seat was crooked and flimsy. Bathtub was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY!!! Hallway carpets were filthy. Elevator light/floor indicators were burned out. Broken tiles in elevator floor. Window cleaning unit parked in disabled parking spot next to entrance.”
