I changed back to Lotte in the middle of my stay in South Korea, because I knew Lotte had everything I needed: big, clean room. Laundry onsite. A bus limousine that picks you up in front of hotel. “夫婦で3泊しました。フロントスタッフの皆さんがとても丁寧で親切に応対してくれたのが良かったです。 館内はモダンなデザインで室内の清掃も行き届いており、居心地良かったです。最上階だったせいかシャワーの水圧が弱いと感じましたが、使用に大きな問題はありませんでした。アメニティも必要十分なものが用意されています。 一方、バスルーム内の排水にやや難があり、シャワーのお湯がトイレの足元に溜まるため、シャワー後にトイレを使う際はスリッパが濡れないよう気を使う必要があります。ここは改善してもらえると良いと思います。 また、ホテル周辺は賑やかな繁華街で、夜遅くまで様々な飲食店が開いているので便利ですが、深夜まで人声がするのが少々気になりました。とはいえ、全体的には満足の行く滞在でした。 ちなみに、ホテルすぐ隣の24時間営業の焼肉屋で食事しましたが、肉厚のサムギョプサルでコストパフォーマンスが良く、店員さんも愛想良しで、こちらも満足しました。”

“I would give 6 out of 10 stars. The room was clean, but not in every single spot. It is a Motel and not a Hotel as written on Expedia. It is near a Subway Station and all necessities are given in the room. Though the windows can't be closed inside the room which is why there is always some noise and there's always the smell of cigarette smoke inside the room; You can turn on the air cleaner inside the room but it makes additional noise. Though the smell of smoke is then gone. Room isn't cleaned...

“모텔수준보다 숙박이었습니다. 들어가자마자 담배냄새가 너무 심했으며, 숙박이후 모든옷에 담배냄새가 배였습니다. 그리고 청소상태는 너무 좋지 않았습니다. 샤워장 모서리 천정에는 곰팜이가 너무 심하게 있었고, 욕조옆 선반등 세면대 바닥 전혀 닦지를 않아서 먼지가 너무 심하게 나왔습니다. 하루이틀 안닦은 정도가 아니었습니다. 최소 1달이상 안한 정도였습니다. 제가 느끼는건 그냥 침대, 이불 커버만 갈고 쓰레기 비우고 그냥 입구 들어섰을때 눈에 보이는 정도만 대충 청소한것 같습니다. 다른 숙박후기를 보면 청결하다는 글들이 있는데, 관계자가 직접작성했거나, 알바생이 쓴글 같다는 생각이 너무 들었습니다. 청결상태가 개인차가 있구나 라는정도가 아니라 너무 더러웠습니다.”
