“Truly horrible check-in procedure (took 2 hours going from one webpage to another and another and another and another and so on), small room (20m2?), NO heating, terrible customer service. Entrance smells of paint, and at 09:00 they wake you up with 2 pings to give you an advice you have to leave the flat at 11:00 - incredible.”

部屋も広く、机も床に置きたくない荷物を置くのにも便利でした
お店を兼ねておられるので、すぐにチェックインと言うわけにもいかないと思いますが、特段待たされてる感じは全くありませんでした
階段がしんどいと言われる方には向いてないかもしれませんが、古い螺旋階段がヨーロッパの建物て感じがして、いいと思います
建物が古い割には、部屋とかは内装も綺麗だし清潔でした
できたら、冷蔵庫で預かってもらえることがあればさらにうれしいです
広場の前で立地よしです”

“It was a terrible experience.
The only positive aspect was the location, near the main square.
The hotel was undergoing renovations, and there were workers with mortar and cement at the tiny reception room.
To reach our room, we walked down a long, dark corridor with flashing lights illuminating the doors to other rooms. It was like walking through a typical corridor from a Resident Evil video game.
The room was small and poorly furnished. The hot water was very weak. So weak that it was...
