Family friendly home includes, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 living rooms (with extra Sleeper Sofa) providing plenty space for everyone!

Centrally located, just minutes to town, but located in quiet neighborhood on tree covered lot up against cow pasture hills.

The Going Rogue House is a two story home located at the end of a street in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house sits high on a hill overlooking the Rogue River and the town of Gold Beach.

SECOND FLOOR

The front door entrance from the driveway/parking area enters onto the second floor (2 steps up). The outdoor foray has a generous area with rugs, benches and storage to take your shoes off before entering the home.

Second Floor Living Room
Front door leads directly into the main living room.
Features include a custom 10 seat leather couch with electric recliners, windows with the lovely river views, cozy pellet fireplace (pellets provided), and a large flat screen TV with Dish Cable and Roku for streaming.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is a dream with spacious open space design, new appliances and spectacular view!
Features include tiled counter tops, double stainless steel sink, electric oven with glass stove top, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and seating for two at counter.
Kitchen is fully stocked with drip coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot, crock pot, blender, mixer, cookware and dining ware.

Breakfast/Game table
Surrounded by windows this dining are is fantastic to watch the sun setting over the Rogue River. Table seats 6.

Formal Dinning Area
Perfect for family gatherings, this dedicated dining room hosts 8 with comfortable full back cloth seats and large formal dining table. Dinning room drops down 2 steps from living room. Features windows and antique china hutch.

Deck and Outdoor Dining Area
Glass sliding door leads from living room out to a spacious deck surrounded by trees and pasture covered fills over looking the amazing views. Outdoor dining furniture includes a large table with seating for 6. Deck also includes two Adirondack chairs for lounging.

Second Floor King Master Bedroom w/ En suite Bathroom
Located at end of hallway.
Features high framed King Bed (with step stool), two night stands each with a lamp, dresser, mirrored sliding closet doors, ceiling fan, luggage rack, Flat screen TV in wood stand with Dish Cable TV and Roku for streaming.

En suite Master Bath off of King Bedroom
Accessible from Master Bedroom.
Features large oversized jetted bathtub with hand held shower head, counter with sink, vanity mirror, ceiling to floor mirror, toilet and old fashioned weight scale.

Located mid hallway.

FIRST FLOOR

First floor is accessible by a narrow stairway leading from the second floor hallway. Second floor has a living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Queen Bedroom, Full Bathroom, Laundry Room, dedicated work table with office chair, board games and a large book selection.

Features Queen Bed with Memory foam topper, two night stands each with a lamp, mirrored sliding door closet, dresser, chair, and luggage rack.

Located directly off of living room.
Features large vanity with sink and mirror, glass stand up shower, and toilet.

Laundry Room
Located on First Floor in its own room. Front loader washer and dryer, utility sink, and ironing board with iron.

LOCATION
Going Rogue is located on the North end of Gold Beach on the North side of the Rogue River in a hillside residential neighborhood. You are less than a ten minute drive to the grocery store, restaurants and the Port of Gold Beach.

PARKING
Large private driveway and parking area. Four vehicles maximum. There is room for a small trailer but guests must get prior authorization from host and driver should be confident and skilled in driving and maneuvering their trailer on hills and small areas. Ask Host for details.

WIFI/INTERNET and UTILITIES
We carry Dish internet and WiFi. Be aware that coastal conditions can effect internet and utilities. The host is not responsible for any interruptions outside of their control.
