Hi Riva, I'm so sorry that you felt that way about the apartment. We have never had a complaint that apartment the apartment is furnished to the owners taste Balinese wooden furniture and accessories there is no carpet in the apartment rather a straw matt under the coffee table. Every sheet and pillow case was fresh from the linen company as we had had a family of 5 in the apartment prior to your arrival with no complaints. there is always 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied. All the doona covers, cushion covers etc had been washed prior to your arrival as well.We do sincerely apologise that you felt like you did about the apartment and as you mentioned you got a full refund and hope that you did enjoy the rest of your stay on the Gold Coast.

Lynn the air conditioners in the bedrooms are completely adequate to cool the entire apartment down and it is usually at night that we need the cooling.

Good Morning Rumi I'm very sorry that you thought I was rude.I was very surprised that you hadn't received the txt message. 4 other guests were given the same message and each of them had received theirs. When you made the booking you would have received a confirmation letter from us that clearly has our address on it and office hours. I know when I stay away from home the first night I do not sleep very well and can hear a pin drop. If we had known that the noise could have been a problem we would have accommodated you in an apartment away from the highway. Kind Regards Angela

How disappointing to get your negative review. While our complex is about 35 years old it is far from run down. As every apartment is individually owned they dictate any refurbishments and nearly all do this on a regular basis. I fail to see why you say we are so far away from everything we are a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Burleigh beach and no more than 10 - 12 minutes walk to numerous supermarkets, shops, cafes etc.As we are on the Gold Coast Highway all the apartments have double glazing which dramatically reduces the road noise. I am very saddened that you didn't enjoy your stay.

Wow Michal, Many thanks for the fantastic review. We think Key Largo is a great little place in the heart of Burleigh. Our beach is amazing and only a hop step and jump to get to. Our heated pool, spa and BBQ area are a bit hit and very well utilised. Hope to see you again soon.

Hi, Thank you so much for your lovely review. The beauty of booking direct is that you usually get a choice as to which floor you can book on. All 3 storey walk ups don't have elevators. Hopefully next time we can accommodate you in a lower floor apartment.

Yes it is a bonus having all the facilities in every apartment right down to electric frying pans, hair driers,vacuums, etc. Just like your own home minus your clothes and food.and so near beautiful Burleigh Beach and all it's awesome cafes, boutique shops and supermarkets.

Wow, fantastic review Thank You. Key Largo is in a great position in Beautiful Burleigh as you mention close to nearly all amenities and even 2 medical centres within walking distance as well that hopefully wouldn't be needed. Hope we get to host you again in the near future.

Hi Crystal, Oh my goodness that is very disappointing that you didn't enjoy your ground floor apartment. They are always the most sought after and we never get complaints about them. Thank you for alerting us to the problems with the doors and windows.,double glazing was fitted in November but we were not aware there were those issues. We do rely on guests giving us these tips as we do not stay in the apartments ourselves.
