Very kind and friendly staff. Excellent location close to shops, cafes and the beach. Free on-site parking. Excellent ammenities in the apartment. Very secure and safe. Easy to connect to wifi at a small cost.

The property was excellent, it was a shame that we didn’t book directly with them as we would I’d saved a few hundred dollars. Wotif promoted a deal but in reality it would of been much better to book with the village. Next time book directly with the accommodation place. You are a rip off wot if, I’m really disappointed with how much you can rip people off. The accommodation was excellent though.

We were attending a wedding at Boomerang Farm and The Village was a perfect location for wedding guests to share accommodation. We had a 3BR unit with 2 bathrooms (both with huge baths), kitchen facilities, big lounge area and close to restaurants and the beach. We didn't use the pool or any of the facilities but it all looked very nice. Reasonable price and convenient location.

Comfortable apartment in central location
My sisters and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely except on the night of arrival we found the light in one of the bathrooms was not working. This was terrible as the reason we booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was so we would be able to get ready quickly to go out to dinner seeing we arrived late. We all had to use the one bathroom the whole time we were there as the reception was not open being a weekend. Also the remote for the fan in one bedroom was not working as well which was ok because it wasnt in the middle of Summer but if it had of been hotter this would of been a real nuisance seeing there was no air-conditioning. Other than those 2 things the apartment was very nice in a great central location to everything.

Great location, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, flexible staff who allowed us to checkin early. Only negative is of you hsve more than 1 car, as most parkkng arpjnd is paid parkjng (obviously not the resprts fsult, but something to keep jn mind)

Great location, plenty to offer, priced sensibly
3rd time we've stayed at the Village as a family of three. Great location, rooms are spacious and clean. Tight carpark and stairs no elevator only are only downsides but it's only 3 levels so you can deal with it.

Good value and spacious unit
Our 2 bed unit (no 20) was comfortable, large and well equipped and very clean but the overall condition was well worn such as stained carpets and in need of a "refresh". Didn't bother us at all as cleanliness is more important. Discovered a bit late drawers full of DVDs we could have watched (given we had rainy weather). The kitchen was full size and seemed to have a good assortment of necessary items to cook a meal if you wished in addition to usual crockery, cutlery and glassware. This unit had a large outside table as well as small patio setting off the master bedroom. The unit is in a large complex in the centre of Burleigh Heads so short walk to restaurants and beach. Access is by various flights of stairs so may be an issue for those with mobility issues. Undercover security carpark. The manager Sandy is exceptionally helpful. One downside no free wifi though we used our own mobile data. We would stay here again, especially as the price was excellent for a large unit in this area.

Checked in by the lovely staff and upgraded to a 3 x bedroom apartment. Apartment was big and clean. Large balcony looking towards the water. Everything you need is within a close walk so leave the car in the underground car park and throw away the keys as you will not be needing it until it is time to go home. Café with nice coffee about 10 steps. Woolworths supermarket 2 mins walk. Beach 4 mins walk. Bowls club 1 min walk. Burleigh Heads Hotel 5 mins walk.

Great for family stays
Close to restaurants, beach, transport. Great pool and spa. Friendly helpful staff, they rang us two hours before standard check-in to let us know our room was available if we wanted to arrive early.

So close to all that you need
Great appartments hiding behind James Street. Perfect spot so close to everything and the paleo restaurant underneath had the best food!! The owners are fantastic to talk to and so kind we enjoyed our stay there. Will stay there again next time we’re in Burleigh.. thanks guys...

Nice hotel close to the beach and shops
Spent the weekend there, had a very enjoyable experience, the female staff member was very friendly and helpful, everything was within 3 mins walking distance including a Woolworths, only thing I didn't enjoy, complex must be dog friendly, we wanted to have a few drinks one afternoon facing the beach and a grey bulldog on the next patio and another barking somewhere else prevented that, ended up having to face the pool area instead, other then that one time we didn't hear the dogs again and enjoyed our stay

Lovely modern apartment, close to the beach and shops. The 3 bedroom penthouse is very roomy and tidy. The only things that were a bit annoying was the bird noise every 5am and carrying the suitcases and bags up four levels of stairs.
