Voco was a great hotel for families. It had ample access to public transport but was also within walking distance to cavil ave and the beach. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay - there was a great selection of food. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only downside for us was that we had to keep asking for our room to be cleaned as we kept getting forgotten. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

George is a great front desk clerk, very helpful and kind. We had a lovely stay and could see the ocean from our room. The pool was lovely and clean.

All good. We were struggling with the bedding. Booked the room with 2 twin beds, those were quite small and the mattresses were very soft. Was quite hard to sleep. Everything else was really good. Great breakfast and fantastic location.

The cleaner for the room l was in could have done a better job, there were dishes left unwashed. I had to ask for clean sheets for my granddaughters bed and the vacuuming was not done. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay, and, we will be back.

The pool was out of order and has been since Dec, but they still told us they had 2 pools at check in. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but not super knowledgeable for us tourists looking for recommondations.

The place itself was ok but I got a random charge on my card that I used for the hind of $398 halfway through my stay. This is the 2nd time this has happened for no reason. I use 2 different cards 1 for the bond and 1 for the payment of the room. I don’t understand how or why they would look up my card details for the bond payment (which they already took out the day before to hold it) and then charge me nearly $400 for no reason. When I went and spoke to them they said it was an accident and will refund it. Not staying here again something dodgy as this is the 2nd time they’ve done this.

Room dirty good facilities .. but 1 pool for all guest is nit great .. understaff everywhere .. breakfast is ridiculous .. either waiting for a seat waiting for coffee ( that hardly works) toast cooks one side .. line up huge .. and the later you go you in filthy floors .. food everywhere it’s disgusting!!! Will not stay again

Amazing stay with friends
The stay was amazing very friendly staff the room was amazingly clean and smelt really good. They have everything you could possibly want on site including a cafe for all us tired mummas. There's kids zone downstairs, this was amazing as well. I will be booking back here
