“Property is new and nicely maintained. Beds were comfortable, including the pull out. We were disappointed the windows in main room with the pullout bed had minimal, or no, window coverage and what they had was sheer. This was surprising, especially with Iceland’s short summer nights and offered little privacy. There were sleep masks, but no pillows for the pullout, only two duvets. The bathroom was clean, but there was nowhere to put your stuff while in the shower.”

“The entry exit process was pretty easy, but the room was not clean, there was trash still left from the previous occupants, The bathrooms smell pretty bad”

“The whirlpool did not work and management did nothing to fix it. After many generic (AI generated) mails back and forth someone was sent over on the 2nd day and later they admitted, a part would need to be replaced as the pool could not maintain the temperature. Very disappointing and frustrating, as we booked the accommodation because of the whirlpool. We also had the feeling that the issue was known beforehand, which makes it false advertising.”

“We loved our stay in this modern, comfortable cabin. There were seven of us, and we had plenty of space. The 3 teens enjoyed sharing a bunk bed room. We all really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Because the weather was pretty warm, we were also able to spend time relaxing in the outdoor area. Communication was great. Checking in and out was very easy. Would totally stay here again!!”
