“Room was small but okay if we considera the rate I paid for the room. The staff should consider the guests when they start their daily operations around 6:30 am. Couldn’t sleep well. Great location. Decent gym but treadmills shall be replaced with better equipment. ”

The restaurant staff were awesome and the property manager for my unit was very accommodating . I also appreciated the consistency with the room cleaning and the beautifully kept property. “Clean and comfortable hotel with free wi-fi internet connection and all modern facilities. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting Accra. Airport shuttle service worked very well. I easily found the Novotel agent at the airport and we arrived at the hotel in about 15mins.
