“PROS - easy check-in, free parking option, and free shuttle that covered basically all of downtown Tulsa. Rooms were large and nice finishes. CONS - spent time at the rooftop bar at night and for brunch. super slow service and very unattentive even though there was a ton of servers behind the bar. Also room had a nearly full kitchen setup but it seemed odd you had to have staff come unlock the fridge and no microwave. also had to cover the fridge with towels in order to sleep cause the light on...

“Only thing that really stuck out negatively was that our "fresh" towels had black hair all over one of them, and then the next day when we got more "fresh" wash clothes, one of them looked like black make up was all over it. Kinda yucky...”

“Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly on top of the hotel frim the lobby area to our rooms was very clean. Room was big and came with everything you needed and more.”

“The check in process was fast and the staff was kind. However, there was a large whole in hallway ceiling with power cords exposed. It was evident my room was missed by house cleaning. The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor. The sink had leaks and when you turned on the water large amounts of water leak onto the floor. Due to the fact that I couldn’t use the sink, I bought...

“overall was good. this Holiday inn is pretty new, so looks great, clean and well maintained. The general manager drives me to the airport and she is great, absolutely the best manager I ever never meet.”
