“Menu was fresh. The pool and hot tub were great! The pressure in the shower was very strong, which in my opinion is a good thing! Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Hotel itself is dated and could use a refresh. That being said, beds were very comfortable, towels clean and fluffy. Location was close to things.”

The staff was cordial and friendly and always spoke as I passed through the lobby. I recommended the Hampton Inn Rocky Mount to my relatives visiting the area.”

“-Sink Clogged upon check-in -Room smelled of body oder and mold upon check in. -Hotel receptionist refused to answer the room phone upon check in. -Missing iron in room upon check in -Strobing red and green light from inside the airconditioning unit strobed brightly in the room throughout the night. Like sleeping in a crime scene. -No room service upon second night stay -Manager stated that I needed to request room service. This has never been Fairfield's policy. -Bathroom and living area...

“The staff was incredibly helpful and found us rooms despite the fact that the hotel didn’t have the room we had booked. My bathroom ran out the conditioner. The room was clean and the bed mattress needed updating. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Thank you. ”

“AD1 properties, y'all need to spend some MONEY! Staff was MORE than helpful, but the rooms, these definitely need upgrades. Warm cookies won't cut it anymore. After a 12 hour drive, my husband and I just wanted to decompress, shower and sleep. The small refrigerator was leaking so the carpet was completely wet. Had requested a King bed, which this was but transferred to a double. No complaints there, but the ac was blowing heat at 86 degrees on a HOT, N. Carolina night. Ugh...maintenance came...
