Questa casa è ideale per più famiglie e riunioni, abbastanza spazio per tutti, per distendersi e rilassarsi. Giocando in acqua, rilassandoti presso la buca per il fuoco, il sole sul doppio mazzo espansivo o godendo il tempo nella grande sala giochi.

Situato sul braccio Kings River di Table Rock (il lato tranquillo) è il nostro Paradise con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni che offre oltre 3800 piedi quadrati di divertimento in famiglia. Il livello principale è molto spazioso, aperto e rifinito con la migliore qualità di infissi e finiture. Decorazioni neutre con tutti gli aggiornamenti tra cui granito esotico, pavimenti in legno duro raschiati a mano, finiture e armadi personalizzati, infissi in bronzo lucidato a olio, ecc. È difficile crederlo come una "casa sul lago".

La grande camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size pillow top, 2 ampi armadi in cedro, un divano, TV LCD e un bagno privato. Grandi vetrate e porte scorrevoli in vetro per accedere al ponte superiore. La parete laterale del lago ha persiane personalizzate telecomandate dal pavimento al soffitto. È così bello svegliarsi e premere un pulsante per aprire i bui e il lago appare proprio di fronte a te. Non dovevi nemmeno alzarti dal letto !!

La seconda camera da letto ha anche un letto king-size con cuscino, TV LCD, ampio armadio in cedro e decorazioni neutre.

La terza camera ha (2) letti matrimoniali e un cassettone con porte finestre che accedono alla parte anteriore della proprietà.

La quarta camera ha (2) letti full size e comò.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto e moquette molto soffice.

Il livello del seminterrato è dove inizia il divertimento per bambini e adulti. Oltre 1400 piedi quadrati di spazio aperto con soffitti da 12 'e un camino a doppia faccia dal pavimento al soffitto. Le pareti hanno fodera in cedro naturale tagliato e fresato da alberi di cedro sulla proprietà. Abbiamo installato air hockey, calcio balilla, giochi arcade multi-cade full size, tavolo da gioco, TV LCD, stereo, wet bar e persino una pista da bowling da 8 'Arcade Style.

Ora ai grandi spazi aperti. Questo è il motivo per cui veniamo al lago giusto? Abbiamo oltre 1400 piedi quadrati su due livelli di ponti coperti. Un torrente e una cascata naturali attraversano la proprietà e si cammina dal ponte inferiore su un ponte fino al cortile sul retro. Lo spazio è libero e molto aperto con un percorso verso il bordo delle acque e una grande buca per il fuoco. La nostra proprietà è ampia tre lotti e ha circa 300 'di fronte al lago. Diverse scogliere lungo l'acqua da cui pescare e un facile accesso all'acqua. Sicuramente la migliore pesca sul lago è il Kings River Arm. Quando i professionisti vengono in città, qui è dove pescano. Crappy, Bass, Walleye e Catfish. La pesca alla trota è disponibile in tre località a soli 10 minuti di auto dai fiumi Roaring e White.

Il varo della nave State Park è 1. 1 miglia di distanza. Il porto turistico di Kings River si trova a circa 4 minuti in acqua. Non disponiamo di uno scivolo per le barche, ma la nostra piccola insenatura è perfetta per ormeggiare una barca e moto d'acqua, oppure è possibile noleggiare uno scivolo al porto turistico (17 minuti in auto via terra)

Siamo situati a 20 minuti da Cassville, Mo e Berryville AR, dove troverete Wal-Mart e altri servizi. Ci sono negozi più piccoli entro 5-10 minuti da casa nostra. Alcune vicine attrazioni sono Eureka Springs (20 min), Roaring River State Park e il vicino scivolo d'acqua (20 min), Branson (45 min), golf a Holiday Island o Kings River e il "Great Passion Play" a Eureka Springs.

Table Rock Lake è uno dei segreti meglio custoditi rimasti in questo paese, a 800 miglia di costa - ci vorrebbe una vita per prendere tutto.

This was our annual “adult” age children retreat that is so important to my wife and I. Fantastic house on a beautiful stretch of Tablerock Lake. Super accommodating host made us feel right at home. Loved every minute of this experience.

The house had a beautiful view of the lake from both decks. It was the right size for our family yearly lake time. The kids LOVED the downstair game room and even the adults enjoyed having battles on the arcade machine and ping pong matches.

We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and better than described. Lots of room and so much to do in the area. Mark & Lisa are wonderful hosts, gave lots of good suggestions to make our stay even better. Very fast response to any questions we had. Lots of great memories were made!

The house was the perfect size for our family trip. We did love the game room. Upon arrival, the house was very hot. The owner did bring a fan but for the last two days we had no AC. Luckily the nights were a little cool but it was still uncomfortable. Also the ice machine on the fridge didn’t work and the gas tank for the BBQ pit was empty. We were left one towel per person for a 4 night visit and the kitchen only had 3 towels. The house wasn’t really well supplied. The owner was very responsive to outreach. Also, the listing shows lake access but there was none from this property. We had to pack everyone up and pay for public beach access.

This property was an awesome place to stay. We were a party of 7 with 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone. The kitchen was beyond stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking gear. The kids enjoyed getting to swim, fish, and play downstairs with the different games. The adults loved just getting to hang out, fish, and enjoy the lake.

We brought our family to the lake house and we had an incredible time. Plenty of room for all of us and with the games for everyone to enjoy along with walking down the back yard to the lake where we enjoyed were able to swim and jump in off the rocks. Such an enjoyable time with the family.

It was very hot the week we stayed so we used the game room a lot. The nicest one of anyplace we've ever stayed in. The lake was wonderful, the house was very clean and had a lot of seating area's. The kitchen was well equipped. NO down sides at all. LOVED it and will definitely be back.

We wanted a location that was close enough to Branson that we could get there under an hour but also was on the water and had things to do outside of the crowds of Branson. We were able to do just that here. The kids loved the basement game room space and enjoyed jumping off the rocks into the lake. My best friend is already looking at booking the property for her family trip next summer. Great space!!

We had an awesome time at the Arrow Point Lake House!!! The place is beautiful inside and out! Plenty to do in the basement for the kids and big kids! Great decks for enjoying the views of the lake. Even has a fire pit for those all important weinie roasting events!!! Plenty of room for sleeping and bathrooms! The house is very close to the area site seeing and shopping locals as well! We had a fantastic time!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is very nice and well appointed. The game room is awesome and was the location of many hours of fun and laughter. This spot on the lake was beautiful and quit. It is a little difficult to access the lake due to the steep rocky access point, but once down to the water the cove is a great place to swim.

This is an amazing property that caters to all ages! The house is beautiful and the view is even more beautiful! Plenty of room and many kitchen items that made all our meals a success. The owners were very responsive and check in and check out was a cinch! Definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants plenty of space, a fabulous view, and easy access to the lake.

The only thing that could have been better is internet/ wifi service. Some of the group had work to do and could not get the service they needed at the house. Other than that I highly recommend this place for a group . We had eight adults and three children was perfect
